Unique hotel, our stay was great.
The location was exceptionally nice, for example, a historic church was a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. Great service, though a few employees were a bit rude...

The outdoor patio setup impressed me, especially with the bean bag toss area for some fun during downtime. The fitness center had solid equipment, made keeping up with my workout routine easy while traveling.
The parking situation threw a wrench in my plans. I had to trek to a distant offsite ramp. For a solo traveler in an unfamiliar city, that felt inconvenient and a bit uncomfortable. The breakfast options left a lot to be desired-just basic staples that didn't make for a hearty start to the day. No hot tub in sight either, which reminded me of a glaring omission after a long day of exploring.

The hotel impressed with its modern design and cleanliness. Fun amenities like pool tables and an indoor pool were nice, though the pool wasn't heated as expected. Friendly staff catered to all our needs, and packed lunches were a convenient option. The bar area could have used more variety , and breakfast options were not explored.

Here's what worked, and what didn't
The location is convenient for getting around with easy tram access and several nice eateries within walking distance. The ambiance in the lobby is also inviting and modern.
Valet parking at $25 per night seemed excessive, and the bathroom setup lacks privacy, making it uncomfortable for families or sharing guests.
