Unique hotel, our stay was great.

The location was exceptionally nice, for example, a historic church was a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. Great service, though a few employees were a bit rude...

Fairly clean hotel in a nice building near to downtown attractions, and metro link. Marvellous location in the middle of jackson. Good choice of food options within easy walking distance of the venue.

The modern decor and friendly staff exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect for exploring downtown, and the amenities like the fitness center and pool added fun. My room was comfortable and relaxing as good as my last trip to st louis.

parking situation was confusing

The location is fantastic, with easy access to public transport. The fitness center is fully equipped. I enjoyed relaxing on the outdoor patio while playing bean bag toss. Restaurants are within walking distance. Clean rooms.

The parking situation threw a wrench in my plans. I had to trek to a distant offsite ramp. For a solo traveler in an unfamiliar city, that felt inconvenient and a bit uncomfortable. The breakfast options left a lot to be desired-just basic staples that didn't make for a hearty start to the day. No hot tub in sight either, which reminded me of a glaring omission after a long day of exploring.

The room had great air conditioning, a shower, and a nice seating area. The place was super clean with awesome amenities like a steamer and complimentary water. The staff were friendly and super helpful with any requests. Plus, easy airport access made getting around easy.

The modern design of Aloft St Louis Cortex is cute, with clean lines and ample natural light. The staff was attentive, helping me with my bags and providing recommendations for local attractions, made navigating the area easy.

Need clearer parking instructions for seniors.

The hotel impressed with its modern design and cleanliness. Fun amenities like pool tables and an indoor pool were nice, though the pool wasn't heated as expected. Friendly staff catered to all our needs, and packed lunches were a convenient option. The bar area could have used more variety , and breakfast options were not explored.

Aloft is a fun place for families. My kids and I had a blast swimming and playing pool together. The rooms are modern and super comfy. It's a great spot for an active trip with plenty to do right at the hotel.

The room was nice and comfy. It had a good design and was really clean. Loved that it felt modern. Only stayed for a night, but the vibe was chill. Didn't try the breakfast though, so can't speak on that. Staff seemed friendly too!

Easy airport Metro access and nice lobby, but rooms felt a bit cramped.

The indoor pool and lounge area were perfect. Just a heads up, parking was a bit of a trek, but overall it was a great experience 😊

Valet parking at $25 per night seemed excessive, and the bathroom setup lacks privacy, making it uncomfortable for families or sharing guests.
